"Be Ready!" Short Story Film

Training Hours Per Week

The flexibility at SPA provides an unmatched level of individual skills development from August 15th through May 31st of each school year. SPA competes in top 20 showcases and games, playing a 65+ game schedule. While other hockey programs are conducting team practices 2-3 times a week, we are training on and off ice every day to become better.

We focus just as much time into the development of our athletes off the ice as we do on it. We offer advanced strength and conditioning programs, an elite sports performance facility, mental training sessions, nutrition, stretching, & HUDL video sessions to give an edge to our aspiring student- athletes.
