Respect all, everywhere, all of the time, including but not limited to coaches, referees, opposing teams players, families, locker rooms and facilities. We all learn more from losing than winning and we must demonstrate proper sports etiquette to all. Our organization is respected in rinks across America because our families and staff uphold this core value and we reject those that do not.

Being responsible includes making tough decisions, being accountable for your actions, and learning from mistakes. One cannot assume larger responsibility without taking accountability for the little things too. Be accountable for your actions.

Our mission is to develop student-athletes. If our students do not perform well in school, they should not have the privilege of playing the game of hockey.

Have the self-control to act professionally and be a contributing member of our community. Be mindful of your strengths, weaknesses, and needs while being flexible to learn new things. Understand yourself and those around you to build the strongest relationships possible.

A great organization culture does not come naturally, it must be developed amongst the participants working with and for one another to obtain great results (Together Everyone Achieves More). Staff/Coaches, Parents, and Athletes caring for and wishing the best for one another will lead to the ultimate success.

Having a positive and winning attitude is a choice. Have an outlook of optimism and of expecting good things to happen. People who possess a positive attitude are easier to get along with, are happy, and they spread joy around them. There is no place for negativity in youth sports.
