At SPA, we are committed to developing the whole student-athlete — helping our players grow academically, athletically, and personally while preparing them for success both on and off the ice.
Through the exchange of resources and teaching faculty, students will be able to experience education from across the world, and will also have the opportunity to engage in academic, athletic and volunteer opportunities at partner schools and organizations in both the United States and internationally.
It is Student-Athlete, NOT Athlete-Student, for a reason! Academics will always come first!
Busche Academy's academic curriculum is designed to provide a wide range of intellectual opportunities that allow our students to delve deeply into areas of particular interests.
With foundational courses, honors classes, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and independent study, students can choose from a wide selection of traditional and innovative courses. We offer a rigorous academic curriculum taught by passionate, diverse, and expert teachers.

We believe our unique hybrid education model gives student-athletes an exceptional opportunity to excel both on and off the ice. Our goal is to provide an environment where athletes can pursue high-level hockey development while receiving an education designed to meet their individual needs.
Education for U.S. Students - For U.S. students, Seacoast Performance Academy offers a flexible hybrid online learning platform combined with in-person small-group instruction.
Students have access to specialized in-person classes covering important areas such as:
• Mental health and wellness
• Sex education
• Nutrition
• Academic support
• Small-group tutoring with an impressive 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio
This combination of online flexibility and personalized in-person support allows our student-athletes to balance their academic responsibilities with the demands of competitive hockey.
Education for International Students - For our international student-athletes, SPA offers two in-person academic options through our educational partnerships:
Notre Dame Academy — Tyngsboro, Massachusetts
International students can attend Notre Dame Academy as part of their academic experience while training with Seacoast Performance Academy in the afternoons/evenings.

Seacoast Performance Academy's campus at Busche Academy is located in beautiful Chester, New Hampshire. Located in the southeastern part of the state of New Hampshire, Chester is a quaint, New England town with rural character and warm hospitality.
In New Hampshire, we experience all four seasons of the year, with each season bringing its own set of activities and adventures to explore. From hiking, to skiing, to swimming, to boating, New Hampshire is the place to be.
